Initially, seven members were elected to save as Directors of the Club. On May 20, 1964, the Articles of Incorporation was amended to increase the number of directors from seven to nine The immediate past president automatically becomes an ex-officio member of the Board with no voting rights. A director can be reelected consecutively to the board twice after which he becomes ineligible for reelection for one year. The Board of Directors meet at least once a month or upon the call of the President.
